- 8 oz of conch meat
- 5 tablespoon of fresh orange juice
- 10 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
- 5 sprigs of cilantro
- 1 Red Ripe tomato
- 1 cucumber (Sliced)
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- ½ cup diced bell peppers (yellow and red)
- 1 Seeded Jalapeño peppers (thinly diced)
- A pinch of Kosher Salt and Black pepper (to taste)

First, make a mixture of salt, lemon and water then wash the conch with it. After that is done, clean the conch properly and remove the slime from it.
Cut the conch into small cubes and make sure that you do not make it too small.
